Josh Rosen
has over a decade in construction finance experience. He has overseen and been directly involved in over $100 Million of construction contracts, ranging from $30k to $3MM.
After starting a career in the residential kitchen and bath industry he moved onto commercial construction where he noticed a reoccurring theme. Owners are frequently under capitalized and don’t know how to obtain the funds needed to sustain their business or even get a project off the ground. As the Chief Operating Officer of a major national General Contractor he realized that the business already supports financing, brokering, and helping business owners find capital solutions.
In 2019 he made the decision to dive fully into solutions helping businesses grow and find capital; that is how New Market Commercial Funding was born.
